My Reiki Lineage

Reiki lineage is like a sacred thread — a flow of wisdom, practice, and energy passed from teacher to student, heart to heart. Every practitioner’s lineage traces back to Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki in Japan, yet each branch along the way carries its own flavour, depth, and evolution.

My lineage flows through several beautiful streams. It begins with Usui Reiki, the original system of natural healing, and continues through Tanran Reiki, where the energy becomes deeply personal and heart-centred — a path of relationship, resonance, and authenticity. From there, it expands into Holy Fire® Reiki, a higher-frequency vibration known for its gentleness and profound spiritual transformation, and into Karuna Reiki®, the energy of compassionate action and the call to serve all beings.

Over time, my practice has evolved further into Animal Reiki, honouring the wisdom and sensitivity of our animal kin, and Reiki Drumming, where sound and rhythm merge with healing vibration to create journeys of transformation.

Each lineage strand weaves together in my hands and heart — ancient and new, traditional and intuitive — forming the tapestry of what I now share in my classes, sessions, and circles. Through this lineage, I honour all my teachers and students, past and future, as we continue this living current of love and light.
