What if I need to cancel my booking?

Event bookings are non refundable, but if you are aware you will be unable to attend, and able to provide at least 24 hours notice, you may pass your ticket to someone else you wish to come in your place, alternatively a credit to be used for any future event may be offered.

What if the event is cancelled?

An ‘Act of God’ is defined as a legal term for events outside of human control, such as sudden floods or other natural disasters, for which no one can be held responsible.

The organiser may be forced to cancel events due to an ‘Act of God’ and in this case are not liable for any loss resulting to the attendee as a result of the cancellation.

The organiser will either arrange an alternative date or offer a credit to be used for any future event. The organiser does not refund attendees for cancelled events due to Acts of God.

What nearby accommodation is there?

Within the village of Coomba itself, there are several holiday rentals that can be found via Airbnb, Stayz, Travellarks, and so forth.

There are some holiday parks and more holiday rentals in the Pacific Palms area, which is approximately half an hour drive from Coomba Park.
